Wilson Clash Roland Garros Edition Racket Review
There are many things unfamiliar about 2020 none more so than tennis being played behind closed doors. The US Open is over now and we look forward to another slam in quick succession as we hit the clay in Paris. Roland Garros 2020 will take place in the unfamiliar time of the fall. The cooler temperatures may make it a little easier on the players but will we have different champions this year around?
Wilson have released a new range of rackets for this years Roland Garros and I got to try the amazing Clash in its new colourscheme the Roland Garros colours or blue, grey and burnt clay. These limited edition rackets are hot so do not expect them to hang around too long. I have been playing with the Clash for several weeks now. Is it the real deal?
The Clash in this colourscheme is a seriously head turning racket. The blue and orange are absolutely beautiful. Quite simply there is no other racket like it? It comes with a traditional leather grip also which really adds a touch of class to this racket.
I find the Wilson Clash a really player friendly racket. Usually with many rackets I have a period of getting used to it, where off centre hits and miss timed ground strokes are the norm. For me the Clash does not require that break in at all. The Wilson Clash Roland Garros is certainly a keeper.
