The Wimbledon Championships begin on Monday with play beginning at 11am on the outside courts. Novak Djokovic last years mens winner will open proceedings officially on Centre court. You can watch Wimbledon on television, online and digital radio.
The world’s top players arrive in London to compete in the third grand slam in the year the All England Championships. The tournament will run from Monday 1st July to Sunday 14th July and will culminate in the Gentlemen’s singles final. Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and ofcourse Roger Federer will be aiming for the title. The big question in the ladies draw is will Serena equal Margaret Court’s record?
The Wimbledon Draw
The draw of this great championships takes place on the Friday before the competition begins. Details of all first round matches will be listed here. Many fans will be hoping Andy Murray and his doubles partner Pierre Hugues Hebert are given a kind draw.
