  1. Yes, it’s caused by over gripping during supinations, flextion, pronation of the arm and extension… tennis elbow is caused by over gripping. The arm and wrist is low on the chain of muscles firing. When they fire exclusevly with overgrip the tendons bear a load that exceeds their limit.

In prevention the key is limiting the irritation: By just adjusting shoulder positioning back a little and remembering to “fire up” the shoulder blade, half the battle is won surprisingly in the Prevention phase.

The other half is learning how to use muscles in a varied way so that all the muscles are being used, not just a few. Leveraging body weight correctly and relearning how to relax the muscles is also important to avoid overgripping.

As far as actually eliminating tennis elbow, the focus has to be on regenerating circulation to the arm from the neck down (inflammation is usually secondary they’ve found). I have studied everything scientifically proven to work and time-n-time again I see what is actually scientifically proven to help increases circulation in one way or other. There are several methods that work. In my method I teach the most effective ways and how to turn on healing 24/7.

Like I said, this training is about improving health longterm and uncovering the “why” first. That’s what the focus SHOULD be when thinking long term..

One problem with strengthening the elbow right away is that it can irritate it further although it is very much necessary.
