Many people suffer from tight calf muscles from wearing the wrong shoes, a postural imbalance, or by not performing calf stretches. Calf exercises need to be performed on a regular basis to prevent a calf strain or calf pain. This will greatly reduce the likelihood of experiencing common joint pain and overuse injuries.
